Try reducing by cutting portions. Add movement...I am now in a 3 night a week Zumba, kick boxing class. But all movements throughout the day counts. Eat more lean meats, more veggies...You can have not so good for you items also, but try my 90-10 rule. 90% healthy foods, and 10% not too healthy foods. You have to control food and not let food control you.
