Today I took a photo to show my to date 90 pound weight loss. I was like wow! This is one of the many benefits to my Healthy Living program.

Weighed in today... Loss 2 more pounds! That's 88 pounds gone!  I have another weigh in tomorrow...I had to put another hole in my belt this week...And I have more room for another hole. I want to encourage you all to jion me in my goal to live healthy. Diets do not work. But making healther choice does over time. Start this week with a 15 minute walk for 5 days. Reduce fried foods down to once per week. Reduce red meat intake to twice per month. Make turkey, chicken, fish, and buffalo meat more of your meat choices. Eat more green veggies!

It's Saturday January 28, 2012...I weighed in this moring. And I am happy to report I lost 5 more pounds this week! That brings my total weight loss to...drum role...86 pounds! Join me in my Healthy Living chnage for the best. It's all about eating healthy, Spiritual growth, and movement.

It's been a journey. Working at living healthy. Today I am down 80 pounds from my heavest weight! I have learn that eating is not my enemy. In fact you can eat anything in moderation. The goal is to not let one bad meal choice lead into many bad meal choices. I walk 5 times a week about 3 miles. You have to have movement! Are you read to join me? Healthy Living with ROB j Update!!

I weighed in today and loss 4.7 pounds this week. That brings me to 55 pounds loss! I am finding it easier to stay focused. Mainly because I am not focused on a number. My goal is to be healthy! Tip for the day. Make sure each meal you eat has 2 servings of veggies...It helps to fill you up and at the same time reducing your calorie and fat intake per meal.

ROB j loose 50 pounds! Read how and join him!

Today I went to the doctor and weighed in...He told me I had loss 20 pounds since my last visit 2 months ago. That brings me to a total of 50 pounds loss from my heaviest! I changed my life style and work at living healthy. I make the best choices of what to eat 95% of the time. The other 5% is what I call treats...You have to treat yourself every now and then. My eating habbits have greatly changed. I eat lean turkey, baked chicken, fish, and even eat buffalo meat. I make sure that two of my meals have veggies. I exercise by doing cardio 4-5 times per week, and add weights to those routines twice per week.

I want you guys and girls to join me in my quest for healthy living...together we can all help each other make wise choices...Remember it is about 75% of what you eat that can cause you the most problems when trying to loose, or control your weight!

When is it your time to do something

We all hear it everyday. I am so tired of the crime, I am so tired of the conditions of our schools, I wish I could find a job...All of  those I wish, I am so tired of. But what are you doing about it? Are you just complaining everyday? Are you doing your part to help make it better? So many times we think or believe that it is someone elses job to fix bad conditions...It's God's job, it's Jesus job, it's the President's job, It's the goverment's job. When is it your job? When will you do something?

Stop complaining and start ddoing...If we can learn to pool our resources as a community we can bring about REAL change...JUST DO IT!

New Years...What will you do new?

It's New Years eve and this is the time of year when we all start to make promises to do better at something. Loosing weight, stop smoking, stop cursing, spend more time with the family...You get the picture. Well I am working on living healthy...mind, body, and soul. But I wanted to say whatever you do...make a goal and work at meeting that goal. Take it a day at a time. You can do it...just stick to it.

Being saved Vs Acting Saved

So many of us Christians believe that in order to be saved that you must act a certain way. I am here to say that yes certain bad habbits do fall off over time when living a saved lifestyle. However there is no certain way to act when you are saved. Think about it this way if your ACTING your not being REAL.
